Terms & Conditions

 1. Membership Validity & Usage

The holiday membership issued by One Privilege is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Customers are required to inform us about their travel plans at least 21 days before the intended travel date, either through email or by contacting our customer support team. 

While submitting a travel request, customers must provide three preferred destination choices so we can allocate the best available options.

Please note that One Privilege does not arrange or book any form of transportation, including flights, buses, taxis, or trains.
Travellers are responsible for their own travel arrangements, personal belongings, and physical wellbeing throughout the journey.

Once a booking is confirmed with the customer’s approval, it is considered final.
Any cancellation or modification from the customer’s end will immediately void the booking, and no fresh booking will be allowed using the same package.


2. Scope of Services & Company Policy

2.1

All travel services are exclusively provided under the brand One Privilege.

2.2 — What Our Packages Include

Our travel packages primarily cover:

  • Accommodation

  • Local sightseeing

  • Activity-based services (as mentioned in the itinerary)

2.3 — What’s Not Included

We do not arrange:

  • Bus tickets

  • Train tickets

  • Flight tickets

  • Any travel required to reach the starting point of the trip

All such arrangements must be handled directly by the customer.

2.4 — Personal Belongings

One Privilege is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items, luggage, gadgets, or equipment during the trip.


3. Holiday Vouchers & Membership Rules

3.1 — Validity

All holiday vouchers/memberships remain valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

3.2 — Prepaid & Non-Refundable

Holiday vouchers are fully prepaid and non-refundable under all circumstances — including partial use, non-use, customer cancellation, or expiry.

3.3 — Booking Requests

Customers must initiate booking requests minimum 21 days in advance.

3.4 — Destination Options

Customers must provide 3 preferred destinations when making a request.

3.5 — Data Removal

Once a voucher expires after 12 months, all related records are permanently deleted and cannot be retrieved or reactivated.


4. Payment, Booking Confirmation & Cancellations

4.1 — Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only when the voucher is redeemed and One Privilege sends an official confirmation with itinerary details.

4.2 — Cancellation by Customer

Once a booking is confirmed and the customer approves the itinerary:

  • It cannot be changed, rescheduled, or cancelled.

  • If the traveller cancels, does not show up, or fails to join the trip — the voucher becomes void, and no further bookings can be made under the same package.

4.3 — Accommodation Policy

For triple-sharing stays, the third guest will be provided a mattress in the same double-bed room.


5. Risk Acknowledgment & Liability

5.1 — Adventure Travel Disclaimer

Trips involving hills, trekking, hiking, rafting, remote travel or any adventure activities involve inherent risks such as:

  • Weather disruptions

  • Natural hazards

  • Road blocks

  • Medical emergencies

  • Unpredictable local situations

  • Political or environmental conditions

These risks are beyond the control of One Privilege.

5.2 — Acceptance of Risk

By purchasing a package, the customer acknowledges these risks and agrees to participate willingly.

5.3 — Health & Fitness

Travellers must ensure they are medically fit.
Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.
One Privilege may request medical clearance if required.

5.4 — Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Privilege, its team, partners, and service providers shall not be held liable for:

  • Injury

  • Loss

  • Damage

  • Delays

  • Accidents

  • Additional expenses

  • Or death

arising during the trip, whether due to natural causes, third-party actions, unforeseen events, or customer negligence.

Responsibility and Liability
One Privilege is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings at any point during the trip. Travellers are solely responsible for safeguarding their valuables, luggage, and personal items.

All purchases made during the trip are at the customer’s own discretion. One Privilege does not recommend, endorse, or provide any guarantee for any shops, vendors, outlets, or products encountered during the journey.

Accommodation
For triple-sharing stays, the third guest will be accommodated on an additional mattress placed in a standard double-bedded room.

Holiday Vouchers

  • Refund 

  • All holiday vouchers are prepaid and non-refundable. Once purchased, they cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstance.

  • This offer is not associated with any bank or credit card company.

  • The services are exclusively provided by One Privilege.

  • By signing this agreement, both parties acknowledge and accept all the terms and conditions mentioned herein.

  • Upon expiry of your holiday voucher (after 12 months), all related records will be permanently deleted. No claims or requests for reactivation, documentation, or support will be entertained beyond the validity period.
